Oh god yes! Even SoCal is moving much faster. From the link posted below your comment, it looks like average 4 months from filing to bio and another 2 months for interview.

But not sure if its specific to a type of visa or for everyone. Not expecting bio before beginning of next year.

Holy moly! I just checked my status and it says biometrics scheduled for next month today, well technically yesterday.

Quick question folk, you sent I-485 and I-765 together? With all documents of financial and civil docs? If I am not wrong, it requires two different applications for each parent? Thank you in advance.

For each parent each doc must be separate. I sent all together for my parent. When did you apply and whats your local FO?

Hello guys,

1. Is it normal? I sent USCIS tons of documents, but I only see i.e. 40% of the documents scanned into my account online?

2. Does that mean they confimed mis-placed/unable to locate rest of the documents that I sent and expect RFE?

Thanks for advance

It's the same case for me and I've seen other cases where that's the same. So it seems that this is a norm because I have not been RFE'd nor has any of the other cases I know of.

I didn’t apply I-485 yet, they are DQ at NVC for I-130. At that time, my parents were in US on B2 but did have something to get done with in home country so i chose consular processing and didn’t do AOS. Now, the issue is even after waiting for 10+ months since DQ at NVC, there is still no sign of Interview due to backlog at embassy there. They do back and forth on B2 visa every year because they miss their grandson, I have twin boys, so just wanted to look at timeline if AOS will make sense for them??

Did you try scrolling through the .tif files? What I mean is, those tif files actually have multiple pages in them. So even though it was one tif file, it had 20 pages in it. Windows default viewer doesn't open it correctly and only shows the front page, I had to use something other viewer to open them right.

Marriage to USC (H1b to GC)

9/07: Submitted I-130 and I130A online
09/14: Received NOA for I-130 in mail
9/24: Mailed I-485, I-864, I-765
9/27: Delivered to USCIS Chicago and signed by Chyba
09/29: Text messages for application
10/7: (2) NOA's for I-485 and I-765 received in mail

10/16: Online status changed to "biometrics scheduled". Bio on 11/09.

11/04: RFE received for Birth certificate

11/05: Uploaded RFE response. Status changed to "we have received RFE response"

Don't worry, lots of people have files missing, including me. I only see 20% of my entire packet. But 10 days after my biometrics, I received my I-693 deficiency notice. I then contacted USCIS and they said my case is in line to be scheduled for an interview, so the review of my case is complete. My assumption is they do not show you every file you submitted, and instead have their own database/view.

Removal of Conditions (tbd)
2/6/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/7/24: delivered and signed for

2/9/24: text message with IOE receipt number received at 12:26pm

2/13/24: I-797 48 month extension letter and biometrics reuse letter available online, case updated to "actively being reviewed"

Adjustment of Status (5 months)
9/13/21: AOS packet shipped via FedEx

9/15/21: delivered and signed for

9/17/21: 4 text messages with IOE receipt numbers received at 8:45pm

9/24/21: Received 4 receipt notices in the mail and online access code

9/25/21: Biometrics scheduled for Philadelphia, ASC

10/18/21: Biometrics appointment completed for I-485 and I-765 (Code 3)
10/18/21: After biometrics, I-485 and I-765 case statuses immediately changed to "case is being actively reviewed"

10/28/21: I-693 deficiency notice uploaded online, case status still, "case is being actively reviewed"

12/29/21: Interview scheduled. Contacted Emma agent and they said it is on 2/7/22

2/7/22: I-485 approved

2/12/22: I-797 approval notice received for I-485 and I-130

2/15/22: Green card delivered by USPS

You can see 40% of the docs you send. On my online account I barely have anything, like 2 or 3 uploads, one is my Birth Certificate and first page of 485 form. I wonder how this thing works
