second this! I got the code in the actual chat, although the first time I "asked", it hadn't been created yet so they didn't have it to give and told me to send an email. If it is available, the live agent will be able to give you the code

Just checking in to say that no movement for my AoS not even checks encashed till now. No receipts. Nothing. AoS received at Chicago lockbox September 24.

Did you make a copy of what you sent? If so go back and check if you missed anything. Mine came back 20 days later.... looking at the date of he notice , it was issued 2 weeks after received. Good luck

My lawyer sent me a copy of the whole packet. I dint see anything that was missing. We took our time to make sure everything including I 693 was completed and filed.

 

Fingers crossed this is just a processing delay due to sheer volume of cases received or due to their year ending.

1. The best time of the day to attempt this (a time of the day when most of you got positive results in acquiring an online access code of EMMA i.e. they are in a good helping mood or what time you did chat?)
2. What are their working hours i.e. they start at 9am or 10am

I believe I saw somewhere it’s 8am-5pm EST. I messaged them sometime around noon. I don’t think there’s a specific time or anything to be honest. Just shoot your best shot haha

I they sent Biometrics letter already, on 2nd Oct. but I have not received it yet.

How long did it take for you to receive it, please?

 

 

I was scheduled for biometrics on September 24 and received the appointment notice letter in the mail on October 4.

I think I just said " I'd like to speak to a live agent please" and then she asks what ym question was about and I said "I'd like to get my online access codes". Something along those lines

I also tried the live agent on Emma about the online access code, but he/she directed me to the web form instead. See their response: If you are locked out or having technical problems with your USCIS online account, please go to my.uscis.gov/account/needhelp and fill out the web form.

 

If anyone got their access code from Emma, is this what you had to do? I thought the live agent will just send it to me via email or text.

Hey! Don't go worrying, I filed at the beginning of August and mostly everybody was getting their biometrics so quickly. I didn't get mine until the end of September. You will get yours eventually 🙂 it just all comes down to the state you are in and how they are handling everything 🙂

AOS (adjusting from F1 visa, spouse of USC)

 

Sept 13: Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

Sept 15: NOAs via text

Sept 16: Checks cashed 

Sept 20: NOAs in the mail

Sept 24: Biometrics scheduled 

October 4: Biometrics appointment notice in the mail, scheduled for Oct 22.
