Well mine came back as rejected on Monday after 3 weeks.... They said they could not see the beneficiary info (missing pages) so I have to fix it. I pulled the package and the page was inside stamped by them so I do not what the guy was looking at. I went online that night refilled I130 online this time and this weekend I will send back the rest. I lost one month just because they did not pay attention.

I would definately email them.

You don't ask you don't get. It is not a crime to ask and double check, yes even if their SLA is 30 days. You only making sure.

It seems like USCIS is experiencing internal delays in issuing receipts right now as per what I read in other forums.

Will definitely mail them.

They did not charge me, when they reject the file it takes 3 weeks to get it back and they don't charge you.

That is awful! So sorry to hear that.

Did they cut monies? if so did they refund?

No they did not. I read on another thread that when they don't cash your check within  a week more than likely it will come back so I knew it was coming back but I was surprised to see the missing pages was in the package.

That's not good. I wonder the delay has to do with the start of a new fiscalyear at October 1st. Where was this posted?

Insane! I know that must be frustrating for you, especially when you got the package back and it does include the very thing they said it didn't have.

Don't get discouraged however. Make sure everything is in tip top form and resend it. All will be well. Just a minor setback which may end up being to your benefit.

Welcome! We have similar timelines so would be cool to follow each others progress along the way. I'm not to sure about the biometrics, though I've seen that they're valid for 15 months? I'm not 100% sure though...

So I went into May2021 thread and there people were found waiting for their NOAs for over a month!

My (conspiracy) theory is that USCIS might have tried to aggressively process the NOA's for the last weeks of September2021 in order to score better numbers for the cases-processed for the fiscal year that ended on September 30th.

Another fantastic thing I have noticed is that USCIS I864-EZ form has expired on 09/30/2021 however their website has no updated form on their site.

Thank you that is exactly what I did and will be sending it back tomorrow.

So i asked a paralegal friend who works in a ny immigration firm abt reusing biometrics. What she told me is that if its been taken outside of US, they wont use that. I read a thread in reddit that they are practicing 2 years vs 15 Months. who knows what is the truth about their process seems like there really isnt a pattern to anything with uscis!
good luck to allllllll!
