Status hasn't changed from "Submitted" in a while, is it normal?

Hello everyone here at VJ, quick question at the NVC stage, I was requested on Aug 5th to submit a missing document which I did right away, the thing is, while the other documents are marked as Accepted, that additional document has remained as "Submitted" all this time. Is it normal? Should I contact them?

If new documents submitted go to the back of the line when they come in - and I think they do but not sure - you may have a while to wait yet. Someone may correct me on that.

As of 7-SEP-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 29-JUN-2021.

Based on the information you provided it's exactly a month since you submitted the requested document. From my personal experience, document reviewing sometimes takes longer time depending on the triage and that is normal. Moreover, if you see the current time frame for document reviewing (shared herewith by a member), as of September 7 2021, NVC is reviewing documents submitted on June 29 2021. But yours was submitted on August 5 2021. Hence, you don't need to contact NVC as nothing appears to be wrong with your situation. You just need to wait for updates which may still take a while.
