Question about UK Police Records evidence with AOS Packet

Hi all,

I'm a K-1 visa holder from the UK. I entered the US in July, got married to my US citizen spouse in August, and am currently preparing to submit my AOS packet.

I have been arrested twice in my life, both in the UK:

1. Arrested for possession of cannabis, 2002 - received reprimand (under 18 caution)

2. Arrested for swearing in public, 2005 - received fixed penalty fine

As part of the K-1 process, I declared these arrests and provided documentation to the London Embassy, and had no issues with them.

I am now preparing the AOS packet, and am confused about what evidence to include on these. I have a certified UK "Police Certificate" document, which simply states "no live trace". This means that there is criminal record information held on the UK Police National Computer relating to me, but it has been 'stepped down'.

I have also obtained a full arrest record with details of what happened on both incidents (what in the UK is called a Police National Computer Subject Access Request), although as this was provided to me electronically I'm not sure it would be considered a "certified copy".

My question is: are the Police Certificate and Subject Access Request documents sufficient to include in the AOS Packet? Is there a risk my submission will RFE as the subject access request is not a "certified" copy?

Thanks!
