If you meant for civics test, here are the questions I was asked:

1. What is the capital of your state?

2. Name one problem that led to the Civil War

3. When do we celebrate Independence Day?

4. Who lived in America before the Europeans arrived?

5. What is the "rule of law"?

6. What is one responsibility that is only for United States citizen?

On page 16 I wrote about the whole interview experience.

Hi!

Aside from civics test, reading and writing. The IO asked me about the following:

1.) Asked me about my information like: My current legal name, Other names i used from birth, Do i want to change my name, When is my birthday, when did i get my green card, how did i get my green card, my phone number, my email add, my last 4-digits on my SSN, She went over to my employment history, and i don’t have any trip history. basically it’s everything that is on the N-400 application form (Just a basic question). So i recommend for you to review all the answers that you put on you form. (But every IO is different. It depends on them what are they gonna ask you)

2.) About my married life looks like she just only reviewed the I-485 Adjustment of status interview. Name of husband, his birthday, our date of marriage, where did we married, his work, and how did we meet.

3.) About my son. His full name, his birthday.

4.) And she went over the yes or no. Part 12 until the last part.

5.) And while reviewing all my information on the tablet and reading the oath of allegiance, like my interview is already done. She just asked me the last question which is “Why do you wanna become a US citizen?.” And that’s it the last question she asked. And then after signing all on the tablet. Right then she handed me the N-625 form the result of your interview. Then done.

I advice you to review your form, just relax be calm and you can do this! And don’t forget the civics, reading and writing. I was literally nervous in the beginning but she always telling me to be relax and not to be nervous , after she tells me that i feel more comfortable and I just go with the flow of the whole interview and it went out smoothly! 😊 Good Luck and God Bless everyone who is waiting for their interview and interview day 🙏🏼

I was asked to read a sentence on a tablet.

Then they asked me to write a sentence IO gave orally (about 7-8 words long) on ipad with a stylo

Asked for my passport and green card.

IO asked my name. I had only put initial for my middle name which IO then updated.

date of birth.

place of birth. I said India and IO looked at me and I said well a small town <name of my town>

Wifes info and childs info. Date of marriage.

Residence address

civic test I dont remember all

- What did emancipation proclamation do

- father of nation

- first president (and we had a small chuckle cause it was same as last one)

- one right only us citizen has

I also had an arrest record from 6 years ago. We went over that.

At end of it IO said you passed the test but we cannot make a decision yet.  I was a bit disappointed. IO said watch in the mail for 2nd interview or more info or oath ceremony letter.

Finally after 3rd day (from the interview) I checked in night and it said you have been placed in line for Oath ceremony.

Good luck to you!
