I've submitted docs (27th Aug) with a joint sponsor who filed taxes jointly. I've received Documentary qualified email from NVC on 25th Nov. After logged in ceac, all the documents (civil, petitioner, joint sponsor) are showing accepted but they have added Household member (joint sponsor wife) under AOS tab and her documents are showing missing. what should i do now? Shall i have to upload missing doc in ceac now ?

I would call NVC and ask them.

All my documents are accepted... I re submitted to NVC a tax return for the joint sponsor, explanation for not filing tax return 2020 in August 23rd...

It still says "Submitted" to the documents but not accepted yet.

As of today I still haven't heard anything. Is this normal? I didnt get any messages for missing documents.

I noticed most people who submitted in August got DQed. Anyone having the same experience?332034172_ScreenShot2021-12-08at11_18_50PM.thumb.png.35084b0d961f39ce0e1cb7efb7d485aa.png1985174513_ScreenShot2021-12-08at11_20_57PM.thumb.png.fc8fce80109f0260188ed587de472aa2.png

You should probably call the NVC to find out if there is an issue, they may still be reviewing you, but it's been a week or so since they passed the 19th Aug submissions for review, so a I would recommend calling them.

Thanks a lot. I am planning on calling them first thing in the morning tomorrow.

Its been 6 months since I submitted the first time and had to resubmit in August. Its a bit frustrating to not hear anything from them for almost 4 months after you finished all the submissions.

I would not take chance. It is already taking them 12 week to review the documents. If you get RFE because of photo, add another additional 12 week to that.

I would even submit any documents that are not even required to submit just to be on safe side.
