No. Mine is 7/14. I feel left out but i got an email saying my expedite request submitted on 7/28 was under review. Hope at least one will give me a positive result soon.

Not yet, submitted Aug 3. I'm expecting to hear something maybe early-mid October. Would be lucky if it were sooner.

a little bit of positive news, we have a member here reporting their 28th July submission getting reviewed today.

 

note that the NVC will probably still be working on many cases before this date, take this as a guide only.

We submitted everything to NVC on 31 July...  Will provide an update if I hear anything back from NVC and hopefully this should be a strong indicator that August submissions are either commencing or about to get processed....  Good luck everyone - thinking of you all and wishing you a speedy response and positive outcome to your submissions.

Do you usually get a change in status if NVC is currently reviewing your documents or does it just change to DQ'd?

I believe that you might notice a change if you login to CEAC however I don't imagine that a lot of time is spent undertaking a single review.  As a result, the only change you are likely to see is a status change when the review is complete (and the corresponding notification provided - DQ or RFE or similar).

I wonder why they haven't updated the timeframe this week. Still stuck on the 20th of September. Anyone know why?? I'm also expecting to hear something mid-October, so starting next week I'm probably gonna start checking ceac almost daily lol
