a note for those of you who've posted here about how your submission dates are earlier (sometimes by a few days) then those posting reviews and you're not heard back; the cases are reviewed generally in submission date order but people will hear back at different times, due to each person's case being different, some cases will take longer to review, some not so long.

 

They do not release feedback based on strict submission date order, from experience there is usually a deviation of a week or two, meaning if someone posts they got reviewed and their submission was 25th, there may be people who will be posting from as far back as 11th Aug submissions. Some documents and cases just take longer to review, if the official review dates passes your submission date by 5-7 days then maybe calling the NVC will help, but not all the time.

  • 19 Jan 2021: Submit I-130 to Texas Lockbox
  • 06 Mar 2021: NOA1 from Nebraska Service Center
  • 24 May 2021: NOA2 Petition Approved
  • 08 Jul 2021: NVC - Submit IV + AOS Documents 
  • 03 Sep 2021: NVC - RFE for missing W2/1099 
  • 09 Sep 2021: NVC - Re-submit: 1099 Co-sponsor + explanation for petitioner missing W2
  • 08 Dec 2021: NVC - DQ (Documentarily Qualified)
  • 30 Dec 2021: NVC - Interview email (Interview on 13th Jan)
  • 13 Jan 2022: London Embassy - Interview; approved pending arrival of Medical results - case status 'Refused'
  • 14 Jan 2022: Case Status 'Administrative Processing'
  • 18 Jan 2022: Case Status 'Issued'
  • 20 Jan 2022: Passport with visa collected in person
  • 14 Feb 2022: Enter USA via Dulles, airport
  • 29 Apr 2022: Green Card received in Post

 

N-400 Application for Citizenship

  • 16 Nov 2024: Submit N-400 Online and receive receipt notification

I'm guessing you were reviewed and got a RFE? I think your submission date was 23rd Aug. Sorry to hear that, but glad you got reviewed.
