I-130 submitted 11 months ago and nothing - normal?

I've been seeing recently that some people who have had their applications processed at the Nebraska location have had theirs approved in a month or two. My wife and I submitted our application in Oct 2020, it's at the Nebraska location too but still we've heard nothing. 313 days waiting so far and nothing! I've got no criminal record, never outstayed a visa, never claimed government funding, and our application was filled with evidence that ours is a genuine relationship. 

 

Any ideas why ours is taking so long when others seem to fly through??

Its probably not really at Nebraska. Apparently all statuses used to say Nebrasks and many receipts at the bottom left do too. You have to check with Ask Emma or call to see where your case really is. Mine was like this and ended up being at Potomac with no notification of transfer.
