Hello, My Spouse Got Documentairly Qualified September, 2020 and Have Yet To Have Been Scheduled For An Interview Or Receive An Interview Letter Date. Typically How Long Is It Taking To Have An Interview Being Scheduled and Receiving A Interview Letter After Being DQ?

It can take months and months.  Once your case is DQ, it enters the queue at NVC for that consulate (most of which are backlogged).  Once the case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate, NVC will schedule the interview.   The timelines for Syria might give an idea.  God Luck.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

you can read the posts and embassy reviews from Syria and Jordan since jordan is where the interview will be

and note the following:

Syrian IV applicants with scheduled interviews at Embassy Amman should email their flight itinerary to the National Visa Center at sfvp@state.gov as instructed by the NVC.  Currently, the only Royal Jordanian flights from Beirut are RJ 406 and RJ 408.  We cannot guarantee coordination on other airlines or codeshares.  Many visa applicants have encountered difficulties making it to their interviews when they have not coordinated with us in advance, or attempted to fly with other airlines, use other airports, or to cross by land.  We cannot facilitate entry to Jordan for reasons other than a scheduled immigrant visa interview.
