Hi everyone, at what stage of i-130 will the beneficiary turn their Birth Certificate in. Is it part of the documents that must be submitted with i-130?

Thank you all.

You need to submit the beneficiary’s birth certificate at the NVC stage, not with the I-130 :)

Thank you. Someone told my wife she should have submitted it while submitting our i-130 online. Thank you for your response.

That "someone" is misinformed. Like Iscir said, the beneficiary's birth certificate is submitted at the NVC stage: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html
