Beneficiary birth certificate

Hi everyone, at what stage of i-130 will the beneficiary turn their Birth Certificate in. Is it part of the documents that must be submitted with i-130?

You need to submit the beneficiary’s birth certificate at the NVC stage, not with the I-130

Thank you. Someone told my wife she should have submitted it while submitting our i-130 online. Thank you for your response.

That "someone" is misinformed.
