Another hot day here. I was planning on going to church, but I'm feeling sick, so it is best I stay home, try to keep the pets cool as possible and rest.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Very hot here today as well. Heat index in excess of 105. We do have to run to Walmart and get hubby a new battery for his car, but otherwise will just be staying indoors.

We could really use some rain. The past two months it's been dryer than a popcorn fart. i have not mowed the lawn in ages, but then again, it's all burnt to a frazzle.

Woke up to wet pavement on the driveway and overcast skies - what a lovely change from sun-struck temperatures hovering in high 90s and low 100s of the last few weeks. Still, the rain gauge says it is less than 1/8 of an inch and we are in a 13" deficit here. We are still in extreme drought. I can't believe it is 11 am and the temperature is only in the mid 70s. Lovely! I even have the windows open and the a/c off.

We went to a wedding of one of my husband's co-workers yesterday. It was a Buddhist ceremony (the bride is Korean) and it was absolutely lovely. Today we don't have anything on the agenda except maybe a bike ride since it is doable in this weather.

received "Welcome to the United States of America I-797 11/05/07!(dated 10/30/07)!

Permanent Resident card received 11/05/07 (dated 10/31/07)! THank u LorD!

Will file for 10 year GC End of July/Early August 2009!

Removal of Conditions:

Mailed I-751 overnight mail to Vermont Service Center 09/10/09

VSC received the I-751 Packet 09/11/09 About 12 pm Local time

Check was cashed as of Sept 16th 2009

NOA Received 09/19/09 dated 09/14/09

I-797 Appointment Notice received 10/01/09 dated 09/25/09 (Biometrics)
