hello VJ's

after my medical exam @SLMC, i received 2pages of papers from window "F" the papers contains VACCINATION DOCUMENTS WORKSHEET, the 2nd pages VACCINES TO COMPLETE ADULT (AGE 19years OLD or OLDER)...

my question""""""""""""""

should i gave that papers or Documents to USEM?

i just wonder why USEM officer didn't ask the said papers or Documents.

or that said papers from SLMC only for my personal copy.

hey i want to know regarding .....

that's your personal copy jarl. you'll have to present that to a doctor here in the US as for their reference as to what vaccination needed/required (tetanus)... st luke's took your passport and with your complete medical result, which they will forward it to the embassy. the embassy will tell you if they dont have your med result yet and will ask you to wait etc, which i doubt since you have your interview already and they didnt ask you for it. so no need to worry about that... good luck

that's your personal copy jarl. you'll have to present that to a doctor here in the US as for their reference as to what vaccination needed/required (tetanus)... st luke's took your passport and with your complete medical result, which they will forward it to the embassy. the embassy will tell you if they dont have your med result yet and will ask you to wait etc, which i doubt since you have your interview already and they didnt ask you for it. so no need to worry about that... good luck
