K1 visa holders a pretty much exempt from most of the bans. Where is your fiancee traveling from and to?

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

The marriage certificate is used as proof of the legal name change. She would fill out the I-485, I-765, and I-131 forms with the new married name.

 

She should still apply for the SSN as soon as she can after entering the US with her maiden name:

Then update it with married name after the EAD or GC is issued.
