Hello everyone,

Im in need of some suggestions with an issue with the medical examination. My fiance has his appointment on September 28 and when he tried to get an appointment on the last week of August, in Casablanca he was told he had to wait till September. Well, he called today and the lady got extremely mad and told him he didnt have to call all the time and that there was still time. I think she’s just being rude and uncooperative, but I ask, is there a way that I can call the embassy or communicate with them in any way to complain about her actions? I only want him to be prepared, but it seems she’s deliberately trying to delay. ☹️

sorry,  some can be rude but i think everyone is under a lot of pressure now trying to catch up when we all still have covid related issues

just make the dr appointment for the 1st available date (even after the interview)

keep the interview time

the Co at embassy will put the case in AP

CEAC site will say refused but its just AP while they wait for the medical and any other documents they need to continue the process

not to worry as this is happening to many waiting for the Casa interview

Refused does not mean refused

what is important for real status is "issued"  or "denied"

incha allah -all will go your way
