i have a question we found out that my husbands visa is still in teh embassy and were hireing a lawyer for this. Will a laywer help in this problem? Does anyone know a laywer that is a good immgration laywer firm or attoney? If so thanks for all advice :help::help:

You probably would have better luck just contacting your elected representative and also will save yourselves a lot of money. Good luck :thumbs:

Angel,

I see your visa was NOIR with Islamabad and did you get a 221(g) and did it ask for more information? I know that the embassy does not send back cases that they are doing AR/AP at the embassy level. My husband got a 221(g) December 12, 2005 and AP is nothing but a dark abyss. We were stuck in a dark hole until they ajudicated his visa on May 10, 2006. NOIR usually means they are going to deny if you cannot provide additional information or you did not respond to the 221(g) request for more paperwork. You are not telling much in your posts and it is hard to get a true idea on your situation. Notice of Intent to Revoke means that they do not have the information that they feel the relationship is genuine.
