I agree with all other members, this looks like a scenario where you need a very good immigration lawyer. There are too many complexities in your situation. Please be ware that you need to make sure check and cross check everything before you approach USCIS about your children. One humble advice is that please keep a record of ALL contact/relationship with your children such pictures, travel documents etc.

• a spouse(s) (as defined in SI 00501.150B.1. and developed per SI 00502.145) during their marriage if the marriage continues or the spouse is deceased.
