I will be filing for ROC in a few months, but I feel I don't have much evidence and I am worried about it. I have been reading old threads and guides here but I would still like to have someone else to give me their opinion on my situation.

Besides the required documents like marriage certificate, etc this is what I have:

- I moved to the US last year right before everything shut down. So, I was never able to sign the lease or get a state ID. Utilities were included in the rent. Then, a few months later my spouse got overseas orders and we are now outside the US. We live in base housing so again, no lease, no utilities.

- We have our current country's IDs. My spouse's name is on my ID but it doesnt show our address.

- We have a joint bank account that we only use to pay phone/internet bills. We mostly use cash. I don't work so the statements only show my spouse's name transferring or withdrawing money (I pay the bills online).

- I am an authorized user on my spouse's credit card, and we use them a lot but my name is not on the statements. Our cards have the same number.

- I am the beneficiary of my spouse's life insurance.

- No kids.

- We file taxes jointly

- We get mail sent to our military address and boxes/ amazon stuff show both of our last names.

- We have mail we once received to our current address sent by the local authorities so that may work to show we do live together.

- I have my military dependent IDs and my spouse's military orders showing my name.

- We have taken trips together but twice by plane. We usually either travel by car or train so no itineraries, but we do have pictures.

And that's all we have. I should mention I also applied for citizenship under 319(b) but I doubt I will be able to naturalize before my ROC window opens. Before I moved to the US, we didn't have anything together except filling taxes jointly and pictures from our trips to visit each other.  I will be writing explanations about our living situation/lack of lease.

Does this look like enough evidence? Any tips? Thanks!

Send everything you have plus the letter you're planning on writing to explain in detail your living conditions/arrangements/financial situation.

Include pictures and the boarding passes you have -even though they're not considered strong evidence- and affidavits from relatives/friends regarding your relationship.

Ask your credit card company to send you a letter stating that your spouse is authorized users (or if you find this info online, take a screenshot)

We have Costco Citi Visa and it clearly shows my name and my wife's name and our charges for each month are separated in the statement - Note: our credit cards have different numbers (but are on the same account/statement).

Wishing you the best.

Thank you for the letter idea! I will ask them about that. I asked about my name being on the statements but they said they don’t do that.
