Hi all,

so my wife has been waiting for her case for over 2 years now(05/24 NOA1)

Every time we call the USCIS the representative says we can ask to speak to a tier 2 officer if you don’t get a response/reply within 30 days…but every time we call them they send a letter couple days later stating “the case is still under view, no other information available”

so the representative  won’t let us speak to a tier 2 because technically the letter is their response within 30 days after we call each time.

We are so frustrated with how long we have been waiting and seeing lots of people already been approved within couple months is making us even more stressful.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you all.

05/23/2019 I-751 Package Sent Through Fedex

05/24/2019 Packet Delivered to USCIS (Lewisville, TX)

05/31/2019 NOA 1 Received

09/20/2019 Case Status Updated To "Fingerprint Review Was Completed"

09/27/2019 I-797C Hard Copy Received (Letter said no biometric appointment is needed)

11/08/2019 Biometrics Appointment Letter Received (11/19)

Thank you all.

I feel your pain.  We filed my wife's case in March 2019....We are going to get her an ADIT stamp in her passport this morning.

My wife got her extension stamp in her passport back in February 2021. I have a feeling we will need a second one….the whole process in a joke. My wife’s case starts with SRC. What about your wife’s?

MSC.....  Since my wife entered via a CR-1, her case isn't eligible to have the interview waived.....We will just have to wait it out.
