It seems like it’s taking about 15-18 days. We are in day 14 I called today and still has not been received. Will call back in one week and hopefully it will have arrived. The wait time is not to bad it’s always been about 1 hour.

It took 24 days to get my new case number.

The phone number you are calling is for immigrants. You need to call the non immigrant number

If u received ur noa2 there email is on the letter , just search nvc phone number and it comes up the earlier u call the better chance of less waiting

Everyone goes through the Cali service center unless they have a special circumstance. I would definitely put in an inquiry if you haven't yet.

I called them today they told me it takes at least up to 60das. It’s so frustrating because their person answering the phone doesn’t really help of what to do, keeps reading off a paper. If I send an inquiry email how long would it take for a respond back?
