My wife petitioned her mother and father and we are filling out the DS260 for the Visa and she has 4 sisters and 1 brother.  All are in the phillipines except one sister overstayed her Visa many years ago and is still living here.  Should we be concerned by listing their address on the Visa application or no?  When my wife adjusted her status when we got married I believe we had to list it as well and no issues.

Also her mom who we petitioned who this DS260 visa application is for overstayed her visa but departed voluntarily 11 years ago so we dont see any issue with that.  Can someone please help us if we should just proceed or there could be concerns?

The Department of State will do a background check on the applicant's family anyway, so there's no point hiding it.  If they lie about the sister's address in the US, they might even consider it misrepresentation.  That's one of the worst ways to jeopardize any visa application.
