It’s an application that you can find either in an android or iPhone. It’s called, Case Tracker.

I have been tracking untouched cases since October ...
When I search for this specific date, I see that the progress on this date seems to have stalled (with only a few cases opened per week now).

There are (unfortunately) some in August which have just had to file the out of normal processing time.
You (and anyone else in September) should brace yourself for this process as it is becoming ever more likely.

From my history data

Thank you for this!? Where does the 141700 stand, I don’t see it as part of the list for September?

Some of these larger aggregators go by 500s. In your case, you're a part of 141500s.

Hello I received my NOA1 on 9-27-21 but I have not gotten my response yet nor other filers on that same day. It looks like folks have gotten updates that have filed before and after September 27 based on the case number . How come by the looks of it all September 27th filers are skipped when doing a search on case tracker? Am I missing something. It’s frustrating

thank you

Sadly, the approval span is 12 weeks wide and growing wider.

My theory is that cases are handed out to individual officers who are then put on processing quotas. And cases seen as easier slide through sooner. Cases seen as tougher may linger until a supervisor is available.

Just wanted to drop an update here as I filed during the very end of Aug 2021.

We hit 506 days and outside of normal processing time. I was able to submit and inquiry and was sent an email stating we would receive a notice of action within 45 days (March 4th 2023)

I will keep you all posted. Hang in there everyone! 2 couples who filed before me in August just received NOA2 yesterday. We are getting there, slowly but surely!

I’m at 497 days since my case was received still with nothing! I’ve lost all hope!!!! 🥲

For my July / August / Septermber 2021 Filer friends,

As you know from my other posts, I have been watching the activity on burndown towards December (my date range)
AND am very sad to see there are still considerable untouched cases still opening in July/Aug/Sept 2021.
From my count there are still:

July: 90 Untouched Cases down from 95 a week ago

August: 221 Untouched Cases down from 259 a week ago
September: 497 Untouched Cases down from 554 a week ago

Any of you remaining that do not see your case resolved I encourage to watch for the earliest date you can submit for outside normal processing time.

Best of luck and hope your cases get resolved soon
