Doing okay, trying hard to wait patiently. Keeping hope alive and I believe that is all we can do. One thing I am not able to understand why other locations are not doing K1 fiancé visa except California. When I check processing time for K1 it only show California

Which country are you applying for? I am wondering how you got your approval when now the average is 8-12 months. Regardless- congrats! Did you hire a lawyer?

Hi, yes my wife is from russia I had my lawyer send in a expedite request which got approved then they approved the case 2 weeks later.

True. I think next month they are going to lengthen the time to 13-15 months because at the rate they are going they can't possibly finish April in this month. 
I can't understand how they are so slow right now and few months ago they were approving cases within 7 months. It's so frustrating 😓

Hello! I actually just found this thread we got NOA1 on September 29 and it was received on the September 27. The wait feels so long I’ve already gone to visit my fiancé twice and it’s so expensive I can’t do it again. I’m hoping we’ll be reaching the end of this soon.
