June 17, 2021 We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

May 11, 2021 We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

March 20, 2021 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

March 20, 2021 Case Was Received

 

The date of my biometrics notice was 7.17 one month after receiving my rfe response however I see no info about such on my case. Biometrics was taken 8.10 and 2 days after that, my i-485 was updated to be scheduled for interview.. Should I be worried?

You're fine. That's what you want. Next is probably interview scheduled.

Yes, work permit was issued in October and ssn a month after. Still awaiting interview

I applied for AOS August 2020 in Sacramento. Do we have the same timeline?

No I applied for AOS in February 2021. Is there any movement on your case?

September of 2021 I did biometrics, but I’m awaiting Interview. Sacramento is super behind. Have you done biometrics?

Biometrics was done in August. Everything is  my timeline

You’ve got a while to go. I’ve been waiting 16 months and still no interview. I wonder what date Sacramento is scheduling interviews now.

Did you get your work permit and ssn?

Yes I got it one year ago, I just renewed my EAD since no update on case.
