Did you get 2 and are they both damaged? They only need one passport size photo. Maybe you have one good one so you won’t have to worry if it’s acceptable. They scan it and hand it back.

Only one is damaged, but the list asks for two. I think I will try getting some more tomorrow just in case, so I will have two the same. Is it okay to leave a white border round the photo? Think I won't try to cut them so tight to the picture.

I was K1 but yes I brought two but only one was needed.
