Im completing my IV application on CEAC and there is a question under Medical that asks if you have documentation of Vaccine in US guildlines, Something like that, and the answer is yes or no. How can I know what documentation is required. I though that would be covered in the medical Exam before the Interview. Do I say Yes or No?? I have had the Covid Vaccine is that what they mean?

If you are not sure or you don't have it, answer no.

You will get the required vaccines during your medical. You can also get them before the medical exam and show it to him/her to note on the results that will be sent to the embassy.

 

Covid is a recent issue and might soon be added to the required vaccines if they have not already done so
