Can we send additional document for I-130 to USCIS before USCIS ask about it ?

My mother is Permanent Resident of USA. She submitted I-130 for me since I am unmarried son of her. She has online USCIS account and that is where we can see the update on this case. When she applied I-130 for me back in 2020, she included I-551 immigrant visa stamp copy with I-130 and her older passport which is expired now. When she applied, she did not receive original Green card. She renewed passport. Now, she has new renewed passport and Original Green Card.

Should she send the copy of original Green card and new passport now for I130 application or upload the copy on the case using online USCIS account or she has to wait until USCIS ask for those documents by issuing RFC?

Thanks,

USCIS won't ask for those things so no need to upload anything.

She can provide those for NVC process in 5-6 years.

Thank you. So USCIS will not ask for Original Green Card copy ? I551 Visa stamp is enough to get the I130 approval?

Endorsed i551 stamp is the evidence of permanent residency and that's what uscis required to process the i130. I130 approval depends on if uscis is satisfied with mother-son relationship evidences.
