Yes this morning and was told the same thing. 😔 that my case was escalating from sep 17 I think that means in transit 🤷🏽‍♀️. But its been in transit since the 8th n i called the 17 so I will just have to wait, because she is just reading the inquiry since the case doesn’t show in the system.

I this is how I feel. Its getting mentally draining. I feel like we are near then we are nowhere at the same time. Its like I feel like Im going to miss something if Im not on top of it since the case is so old. Then Im on top of if and still nothing. 😣

Same here. My husband is the one petitioning me. We have been married 17 yrs and due to to circumstances we had not finish our case. We filed our i130 in 2011 then I  got pregnant and filed for daca instead. When we decided to file for advance parole Trump administration canceled it. So we decided to go ahead with consular processing. And covid hit 😱, this year we tried for advance parole again n just received my rfe 🤯. I am tired and stressed. And all this with a Lawyer. 😭

😰😰😰 yea im pettioning for hubby have been married for 12 years. He could not get daca because he didnt have enough proof he gt here at age 15😔😔😔. He was super excited so we tried the normal way with me in 2015 we started and here we are still waiting. 😭 only God knows why things happen like this.🥺

I received this email yesterday. I didn’t know what option to select so I sent it to my lawyer. Any update on your end I almost ignored 😳

Omg!! Ur almost close! If im not mistaking thats where u can schedule your appointment!! Ive seen one other person in whats app group get that email after he called consulate to escalate his case.. keep me posted.

My lawyer said there is nothing to do on the website until I receive my appointment letter. 😔

called consulate just now and same thing😑. He said to call back next week. And he created that same account you got. I got same email . But I still dont understand why they sent email when we dont even have an appointment.

My case is finally showing ready today😭😭🥳🥳!!! .
