Congrats on the fast stamp but I wouldn't wait so long past expiration to get an extension stamp.

I always tell people to keep their phone on them ALWAYS when waiting for a USCIS callback. The one time I got a call back from a T2 agent it was 9:40PM and was flagged as spam!!!

Until now, my wife hasn't needed evidence of her status....so we have not already gotten an ADIT stamp.  But now, she needs to make a trip back to Taiwan.  Unfortunately, she will have a strict 2 week quarantine in a hotel when she gets there.

As long as there's zero possibility of an emergency trip than you're all good... I'd be nervous. Anyways, glad it all worked out for you and hopefully you get the interview soon (and hopefully NOT scheduled on a day that your wife is in Taiwan)

The first time I tried to get a live agent by saying "Technical assistance"... That didn't work.  On the next call, I said "stamp".  The system asked me a few questions then it connected me to a live agent.

6 month stamp?

Usually issued as 12 months…..even my most recent one was 12, despite the passport expiring in 9

Thanks for the update!

My wife is in the same situation. GC with i-797 expired this month and I-751/N-400 still being "actively reviewed" since 12/2021 with fingerprints taken. I called the contact center on 04/09/2021 for the ADIT stating its urgent because GC is expiring but no response from them. Trying to call them 2nd time.
