Instructions says a separate affidavit is required for each applicant.

Does this mean I need to submit one for K1 beneficiary and one for K2 beneficiary.

Also, does the form have to be actually filed with USCIS since its not actually required?

Whats the timeline on getting this done versus the interview date? 1 month? 3 months? 6 months?

A lot of information here is based on normal processing times and we are far from that.

Is your consulate Armenia like your profile says or do you need London information?

i’m not understanding your question fully. I-134s are not “submitted”, as in ahead of time. You take it to the interview.

I did a K1/K2 (which was denied for other reasons than support).  I did 2 separate to be safe as to me it seemed unclear.  Anyways, at the Embassy when my fiance went to the interview they only accepted one (the K1) and handed us back the other without scanning at the ticket window.  I don't want to say for sure yes/no but from my experience you only need one.  But to confirm, it's something at the interview, not with the I-129f application sent to USCIS.

Armenia?  I'm not sure where you found that info.  You answered my question.  I wasn't sure if I had to file it with USCIS prior to the interview or if it was just something that is brought with.

Your fiancé brings it to the interview. We filled it out about a week before the interview. You need one I-134 but both K1 and K2 have to be mentioned in the appropriate fields.

Thank you.  She has multiple children, but only one of them will be coming with her.  They were all mentioned on the I-129F, do you know if they all need to be mentioned on the I-134?

Click “timeline” under the UK flag in your post and it says Consulate: Armenia.

Look at the form https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134.pdf

On page 2, all children are listed as biographical information under Beneficiary’s Children.

On page 3, under Dependents’ Information, you can list only the ones she has to support, fully or partially along with who you support. It might give a clearer view of how many you will be supporting.

Edit to add: Only one I-134 taken to the interview in London.
