Vermont Center update from I-751

Hey guys 

 

 

 

since April 1st, I sent my package 

July 11th, Biometric appointment 

July  21th, fingerprint was taken 

 

I didn’t hear anything since then! On USCIS, Still case was received!
 
I’m wondering if they will send RFE or unlikely based on timing ? I mean it’s almost 5 months since sending my package!

Relax, I flied last Sept and had my Biometrics reused. Didnt hear anything from Sept 23 until they approved me in July 15 or so.  Did you send good evidence? Why would you expect a RFE?

Thank you. We didn’t live together for more than year. That’s why I expect RFE but I sent every single document, messages, pics

They might want to interview you for that. What visa did you or you re spouse come on?

I came on J1 visa and currently I’m physician in US

I married US citizen in US and got my condional green card after interview

Can I ask why you were not living together? If they are going to interview you they may send a letter stating they are transfering you to a new office, then you have to wait for interview
