That makes sense.  When and where did this happen?

I just had my Nexus card revoked with minimal explanation.

The only eligibility problem I can find is that during AOS process, a person is "inadmissible" into US, and can only be "paroled" into US.

Has anyone else had this problem before?

That is correct. Nexus is only for "pre-approved travelers". If you are an AoS applicant with AP, there's no way for you to be "pre-approved" because you HAVE to see a CBP agent to be cleared for entry (ie, paroled).

Thanks for the explanation. That's a big relief, as I thought I may have committed some crime that I'm not aware of.

This is also a good sign, since CBP has received news about my AoS that means my case is progressing.

I was admitted as TN. So what would be my "official" status at the moment? I have received my EAD/AP card.

Nah you're good. You're just considered an "adjustment of status applicant". AoS applicants have no real legal status. You're under what's known as "authorized stay" while your AoS is pending. If you leave the US while AoS is pending, do not use your TN to re-enter. Only use your AP.
