As we all know the Immigration process is challenging, frustrating and expensive, so now I am wondering what impact the migrants who illegally  crossed the Southern Boarder and the influx of 100,000 or more  coming in from Afghanistan is going to have on  current visa processing.  Let me point out this is not criticism about illegals or the horrid situation in Afghanistan, God bless those folks.  My concern is that my wife and I are currently going thru AOS and have dealt with delay after delay and a lack of communication from USCIS.  If USCIS and others involved in the visa process claim to be overwhelmed with the current caseload what is going  to happen when all these new cases get processed?  Again, let me point out I am   not complaining about illegals or the people from Afghanistan just concerned about the impact all this is going to have on my visa journey.
