So we had not received our new 48 month extension letter and we kind of wanted it. Our original 24 month was showing its age and becoming difficult to read. Decided to submit a case inquiry about 10 days ago. Then just yesterday got a text message from USCIS. Our card was in production. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.  Happy either way. Sep 9 2019 filer at LIN.

How'd you do that? I haven't received 48 month extension letter either, but it won't let me submit a case inquiry online because it hasn't been 19.5 months yet

Timeline:

I751 w Divorce Waiver Submitted - 9/29/2021

Biometrics Taken - 11/24/2021

Ready for Interview - 5/16/2023

Got a notification today that a new card is being produced. Finally done with I-751! Now how can I get the officer who interviewed me for the N400 to become aware of this so she can approve my N400?

I think they know. My officer mentioned that they have to follow up on pending cases and keep an eye on them.

I sent a letter today anyway. If it gets there and nudges them then great, if they approve it before it reaches them then oops!

Received 48 month extension letter in mail box yesterday 04-03  ( dated march 27 )

checked online - it say new card being produced as of 04-03-2023 .. no text or email alert .
Does that mean they approved the I-751 ?!

N-400 applied on 12/31/2022 .. still say actively working on your case - no interview yet .
