This is great news.  Progress!

I hope next update soon will be an I-751 approval or a combo interview.

We just got this update! We're hoping it's a good thing. It's frustrating that we have to wait for the snail mail to find out more.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On October 12, 2022, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC2190102831, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by November 11, 2022, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I got this too a couple of weeks ago. First it was case was transferred and then 2 days later it said this. Yesterday it changed to “case was updated to show fingerprints” (they are reusing mine). Hopefully this means they are working on our cases!

I hope so! We got our "case was updated to show fingerprints" a while ago. Hopefully the next step will happen soon.

We just got a second update saying that my husband's fingerprints are being reused. That's the second time for this application.

Another $85 down the drain.  😄  But I am hoping the same for us, too.  It saves a trip into an application support center for what really is no good reason.

Where was it transferred to/from?   And have you received the letter explaining why?  Just curious 🙂
