Do you think it would slow down the process of getting your green card application!

I am happy to announce that I got my conditions removed and my new Green Card in the mail. MSC office with a divorce waiver.

It's extremely surprising as, firstly, I applied with a divorce waiver and got no interview. I fully expected to have to do one and when I was opening the letter this morning I was dreading seeing the day I would have to go to some USCIS office. But it said I was approved and at my front door was another envelope that I missed which had the card in it.

We're happy for anyone's success!

We just filed Betty's N400 online. We are so happy that this is the last stop on this journey. Still no movement on I-751. Good luck everybody.

Question:

my wife, Conditional green card granted on 11/26/2019, had to travel overseas in Jan 2020, then covid hit and all airports and everything shut down, she was able to come back to the US July 1st or 2nd, (technically 5 months) based on the Earliest Accepted Filing Date for the citizenship is 08/28/2022, is these five months have to waited out to apply or its okay to apply now?

Thank you in advance

ROC SRC and have submitted n-400. Got a notice today telling me that they’re transferring my ROC case but I don’t know where yet! Hoping this is a good sign and things are moving along.

Could be! However my n-400 has a IOE number which means it’s being processed online and not at a specific office yet so who knows lol
