You may want to check your status here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

For some reasons the other two sites do not always update.  I think this is the best place to check.  Good luck.

Thanks but I just tried and it shows the same thing.

I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same situation as us.

I'm not overly worried about it since we have the proof if necessary, just curious to see what others have as far as updates go in their status pages.

Out of curiosity did you happen to check the status of your case occasionally with USCIS?

https://myaccount.uscis.gov/

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/logon.do

I only ask because the status on ours has not changed since the receipt of our case which was on Oct. 5. We also had a biometrics appointment on 12/3 and that was never reflected as an update on our status page (At least we have the stamp on the biometrics letter that shows we came in for the appointment for proof). We've checked both sites and both have the same information to this date.....the receipt date of 10/5 and that's it. We have an SRC case number so it is under the Texas Service Center.

I'm just wondering if your status ever reflected any changes such as the biometrics or anything else outside of the initial receipt date.

Thanks!

Neither of those sites is reliable as far as status updates. You have proof that you did your biometrics, and that's what matters.

I realize they are not reliable, however,  they can also be very sporadic with some getting updated while other do not so it would be nice to see some actual feedback from others on what they've encountered just to get a further tally on the dysfunctionality of it all.

When we did the K1 as as well as the AOS our cases did update with information over the entire process on these sites so it's interesting that this time around it's not doing anything.

I get email notifications for my updates and when I get a notice I shoot over to the "case status"  and all of my updates were there. My biometrics were waived, I didn't have to go in again for those and I was not required to go for an interview.

These are my updates:

May 18, 2022 Case Was Approved
May 17, 2022 We ordered your new card.
April 4, 2022 The Post Office returned your document to us.
January 8, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
August 19, 2021 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Same here! I had to go in for biometrics, but my status still says "your case was received". It never updated to reflect that my biometrics was taken.

I work in the events industry, both domestic and international. I have booked flights for hundreds of people, the general rule is to always book your international flight using the name on your passport. I’ve had people miss their flights because they booked their international tickets using other names not exactly as it appears on their passport.

Airlines will check this and will charge you for a change of name, if it happens on the same day you are traveling.

Cool, at least I now know there is some consistency with their failure to update our cases in system.

It's a good thing to get some feedback from actual experiences. Hate to say it but I'm getting somewhat tired of all the people that just love to spout off answers based on speculation or opinion.

I am getting anxious again sis. Just found out last week that I need to travel internationally for work between September to October. No definite date yet. Didn't have to worry traveling domestic but you know how nerve-wracking it is to travel internationally due to the hassles it comes with. My passport is still in my old name.

I pray that we all get some good news this week!

Looking at recent posts and the spreadsheet it seems SRC has ground to a halt 😕

Nothing seems to be happening at EAC, either.
