Is @Joyoussinger the only one who has received a biometric decision (waiver or not) from Sept 2021 filers?  I think she needs some company :)

I think I'll have a lot of company very soon!

hey all, who's names should show as petitioner and beneficiary on the NOA1

If you are the one filing to remove your conditions, it'll be your name, no one else.

So on my noa1 my name shows as both … is that correct?

It's correct. You are now the petitioner and the beneficiary at this stage.

Hi all, we also received the I-797C notice that USCIS us going to use the existing fingerprints and biometrics - it was dated October 5 but we received it on October 9.

Our I-757 has a received date of September 21 and notice date if September 28, and it’s an EAC number so it appears to be at the Vermont service center.

Hopefully others get their notices about biometrics soon! It’s nice knowing that there is one less thing we’ll need to do 😊

Thanks for sharing.  It seems that EAC is moving quicker than others as it relates to biometric notices.  We are keeping track of progress through attached Google Spreadsheet if you like to include your info.  Thanks.

Congrats to all recent biometrics waiver recipients.  We are starting to see some movements in different service centers.  Please update Google spreadsheet to give hope to our fellow VJers.  Cheers.
