Omg guys! Statements for 24 months, that’s crazy enough. I was talking to my attorney even if we are filing by ourselves and this is what he wrote me:

Just to calm you down ♥️ ok

You want to focus upon producing documentation subsequent to you being granted permanent residence and, in particular, the most recent six month period.  Standard documentation should include:

    a    Copy of most recent joint tax return;
    b    Documentation showing both you and ***** are on the same health insurance plan;
    c    Joint credit card statements;
    d    Joint ownership of property;
    e    If ****** has executed a will and you are a beneficiary;
    f    Photographs with family and friends;
    g    Airline tickets for vacations.

You do not need a mountain of documents.

Yay! We got our Biometrics waiver notification, dated today, October 5!

Yay! Did you request a waiver or USCIS voluntarily waived it?

If they did, did you get a refund for the biometrics fee?

Guys I just sent it today. I could send it starting from August and I sent only today. How crazy I am. Sent it with FedEx, declared value and required a signature.

Stressful enough, personally I sent recent bank statements for Jul, Aug, Sep. This is ridiculous to send 24 statements. I asked in our bank if they do quarterly but no they don’t!

Same for the other bills, recent ones. I can’t take it anymore.

Yes to signature. Cost depends on weight.  My cost was $58.00

Guys I also required a Signature but I sent via FedEx. Hopefully it’s ok to request a signature?!  🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

So just to let you know the cost was $30.85 (with the declared value $1000) and the weight is 5 lbs / 2.27 kgs. I used my FedEx account though.

Thank you! It's pretty normal for a waiver at this stage, if you had an interview for AOS. I didn't have to ask. Biometrics fee is not refunded.

That sounds like a request for an RFE. There are people who have gotten one because the evidence didn't go back far enough. They really want to see evidence that spans the entire marriage.  If you only send the most recent stuff, it looks like you did at the last minute for the green card. This list has good evidence (photos are not good evidence, but can be helpful), but that evidence needs to show that your lives were truly comingled for the entire time.

I’m not the one who can tell anything, let’s see! Everything depends on a particular list of documents and particular case. 😄🙏

The affidavits are optional and, again, not the best evidence. I sent two, only because I have family members who really wanted to write them! 😀

Why not when it comes to serious people indeed. As for photos I ordered photo books directly from my Google account so it’s not just photos but life events like cookouts with friends, trips to Caribbean with tickets, beach days and outings with same friends who wrote affidavits. Spent $200 on them 😄🙏

Any biometric letters , except Joy ?

I think you will see folks in SRC, LIN get their biometric letters soon.  Ours is WAC and I am not expecting any update before January or so.  It will be a nice surprise if it comes sooner :)
