None of these is mentioned in the group instructions. They're not necessary. As far as photos, they may be able to use them. I just know they don't ask for them with this application. As far as birth and marriage certificates, that was all proven with the AOS.

That's why I was asking about the marriage certificate, because, it doesn't make any sense to submit it again.

But, do you still receive a letter and an online notification about the waived biometric procedure ?

You'll get a letter, definitely, and probably an online notification.

Would  you guys say I include the tax returns in the packet or the tax transcripts?

They prefer transcripts. They're proof that you actually filed.

You right , However  providing them with this application ,make it easier for the officer to review them .. cause guess what , if that K1 or AOS pdf file become glitchy or unclickable on his computer, because it have been not opened for quite few years OR new computer update make the attachment unretrievable , or can't locate the paper file ... then RFE or Interview .....

I believe so , I don't think they would let you in the unknown ! but here is the question , do they  refund the biometric fees if they use the previous biometrics that already paid for ?!

Why ? If they use previous biometrics that already paid for it ?

Ours is not to reason why. Ours is just to pay the fee and hope it doesn't take too long. 😆

Hey Guys,

Quick question if anyone is in the same boat as me here.

Sent off package early September, check got cleared September 16, but still haven't received a letter/notice. If I log into my online account, no update yet (last update when green card was mailed)

Seen some peeps receiving there notices way earlier after check cleared. You think anything might have gone wrong?

Would it make sense to call them and get confirmation?

I'd need it soon as I need to get a new SSN card and need that type of evidence.

Any ideas would be helpful!

Email lockbox support

lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

you could also call uscis and request 2nd level officer and ask if the 2nd level can email it to you !
I would try and make inquiry as well .
