Hey guys, I hope I am not too anxious but I have not received the I-797 yet. I received the text on 9/22 so it has been a week since then. With potential government shutdown, I am worried that things can get really delayed :(( Please someone shares their experience with me. Thanks!

It will come soon. A shutdown won't affect USCIS.

I believe in the end of this week , cause in the text it say they sent a notice , printing and mailing may take couple days .. so probably Saturday or earlier ! .

You right the shutdown is making us worried , but I believe paid applications will keep moving hopefully ! 

Question : you received the text on the 22nd , was it late evening ? and when after that they cashed out your payment ? 

Mine delivered early Monday morning , Text late Tuesday evening and today Wed but I see they didn't cash the money order yet !

Submitted i-751 documents today with Fedex.  Back at it again.

B2 visa To AOS

Priority date:  08/19/19

Received text messages: 08/26/19 

Received NOA1's in the mail: 08/31/19

Biometrics done 09/17/19

Received case update online for RFIE  10/12/19

Sent response for RFIE 10/17/19

RFIE Response delivered (resent I-130A) 10/19/19

"Response to RFIE received" status 10/22/19

Case ready to be scheduled for interview 11/02/19

Interview Scheduled! 11/07/19

Received interview notice in mail 11/12/19

Interview 12/19/19 Approved on spot!

"Case was Approved" status update i-485 & i-130 12/20/19

Received Approval notices in the mail 12/26/19

"Card was mailed to me" I-485 12/26/19

"Card was picked up by USPS" I-485 12/27/19

Green card in hand 12/28/19

It took 4 days after delivery for my check to be cashed.

Well we still waiting for receipt notification.

( Just out of curiosity they send only text message or email notification too?)

Three days so far and counting.

I get the feeling our case will go to Nebraska ( because of this delay)

We've always gotten both text and email. Have they processed, or started to process, your payment?
