Today the status of the I751changed to Case Transferred To Another Office. My wife's N400 interview is on 1/11, hopefully it's a combo. It was the first change of status on the website since Case was received. Good luck to everyone

My interview is 1/11 too :) Good luck!!

I-485/765/131:

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

  • When my wife filed her I-751 all she received the following day was an email stating that they had taken action on her case. There was no mention of receipt in the email nor any mention of biometrics being re-used Logged in online and now her case changed to  "Case Is Actively Being Reviewed By USCIS". I think before it said something to the effect of "we have received you case" but I can't remember. In the history section it does say that we have received your case and have sent you a receipt notice.

What constitutes as a receipt notice? Is the email that states that they have taken action on her case the receipt?  What did your receipt notice email actually say if you don't mind my asking?

It's the I-797 extending her status for 24 months.

Gotcha! I haven't filed my N400 yet (I will next month, fingers crossed!) but from what I have seen, if she filed online, she should log in to her account and any notices sent should be under the "documents" tab. The email is just a heads up for her telling her that there should be a document there. Hope I'm clear.

Hi everyone!

I came in as a K1 (with 3 K2s).

Sept. 20, 2021 I filed our I-751/I-751A.

Sept. 19, 2022 I filed my N400.

(Sept 27 I got notice my I-751 was being transferred to NBC Lee's Summit, Mo.)

Dec 23, 2022 I received notice that my n400 interview was scheduled for 1/30/23.

I've now been seeing that it could be a combo interview, which is fine because I was planning on bringing my spouse with me anyways. But should I also be planning on bringing my kids (the I-751A dependents)? I'm just doubting they'll let us all in through security when the interview letter only has my name on it.

*Ugh I can't wait for this process to be over and done with forever. I'm pretty sure the stress and anxiety over the past few years is the direct cause of grey strands of hair beginning to pop up. 🙃

Do not stress yourself, your spouse and kids. Only you and your spouse should attend the interview. Arrange the babysitter for the kids if required.

Hopefully it will be a combo interview.

Good luck!

they wont send any detail in email .. the email just a tracker notification same as the text message. the account online in the document section shows the notices if you file online .
