Hello,

we have been stuck at the NVC since April and finally got all of our documents approved today (which happens to be our wedding anniversary 😊).

but we are still not DQed. We got notice to upload all of our joint sponsors W2’s, however we already did this. I put the two of them in a single PDF that was approved.

I am going to call the second the NVC opens, but I’m curious if anyone else has dealt with this and how they fixed it. I’m really hoping we don’t have to resubmit again.

thanks in advance!

Sometimes they miss documents. Sometimes also you may have combined them in an order that is not exacted what they want.

While waiting for them to open up for you to call, I think you should submit what is being asked for.

You should keep in mind that customer service may not have access to process these document. They are more likely to leave notes on your case which may or may not be read in a timely manner.

Thanks so much for your reply🙂

I got caught in the past where I resubmitted when I didn’t need to creating delays. I waited till the phone lines opened and just talked to someone. She said it looks perfect and can see everything so doesn’t know why we weren’t DQed. She’s sending it to a supervisor to review and thinks it will be taken care of quickly.

now I just need to calm my nerves in the mean time 😬
