Do we need to file I-693?

Hello! My husband and I are very close to filing his adjustment of status paperwork, but I am a little confused on whether or not we need to complete and send in the I-693. It’s been less than a year since his medical and his vaccinations are marked Complete.

You should not need to include the I693 with the AOS package, just the DS3025 vaccination record.  If USCIS determines a new medical exam is needed, they will request it, but I think K1 medical exams are now good for 18-24 months.
