When should I wait some kind of reply or notification?

Paper submission? They are apparently still experiencing delays in sending receipt notices. Or do you have your receipt notice and asking about approval notice?

Dear SusieQQQ,

 

Actually I am the son of LPR and I am doing everything on his behalf. My father just received receipt notice after 2 weeks I submited form but he was no longer living on the same address so we were not able to receive it. So we sent address change form and my father's adress has changed but did not receive receipt notice again to new address. Actually, we don't wait for receipt notice because they already sent bu we did not receive. I am asking for approval notice.

For CSC for F2A, processing time is 23.5-30.5 months. Looks like a long wait for you unfortunately. Sometimes they transfer cases between service centers later to spread the workload so it may change.
