Not necessarily true, USCIS interviews almost all i751 applicants who got their conditional green card through consular processing outside the USA with only an interview at the embassy so there is a good chance you would get an ROC interview in any case. USCIS rarely interviews those who adjusted their status in the USA as they have interviewed both the Green Card holder and their spouse already.

That being said if USCIS has not requested for more evidence you are likely okay on evidence provided.

You should be prepared to provide additional evidence (updated evidence really) at the interview if you get one (new tax transcripts, more recent joint bank statements, updated joint travel, latest W2 and so on). USCIS does want to see proof of commingling of finances (bank statements of joint spending and saving) for the whole marriage.

Start getting your information from verifiable sources.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Completely false.

Those who have not been interviewed inside the US (ie by USCIS) will have an interview for ROC instead (there has been a few exceptions during the pandemic). So everything's totally normal in your case.
