Login issues. It keeps saying this attempt has failed. Check username and password. Not a captcha issues cause if I get that wrong it tells me so. Is there a help line for this?

Maybe click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Looking around there is no help line...of course.

 

Also, did you click the checkbox on the *I have read and understood the Privacy Policy do-hicky (technical term.)

Yes, even tried to change the password. It says it will send a link to my email but never does. Call the embassy? I can't listen to that music anymore.

Hmmm.  I just tried it and it is working.  But it forced choosing a new password before it logged in which is new behavior.  Maybe that added step broke down or got hung up somehow?

  • October 07, 2021: Passports tracking for delivery on 2GO Courier website
  • October 08, 2021: Passports with visas delivered.  "Visas on hand"
  • October 08, 2021: Paid Immigrant Fee

  • October 26, 2021 POE arrival at LAX
  • November 02, 2021 Social Security Cards arrive in mail
  • January 31, 2022: USCIS Status changed to "Card Is Being Produced"
  • February 04, 2022: USCIS Status changed to "Card Was Mailed To Me"
  • February 07, 2022: Green cards received.

It should be for all visas.  At least for registering the delivery address for the passport and visa should one be issued.  Pre chinaronavirus you also set your interview appointment date there for some visa types.  My wife still had an preexisting account there from a failed B2 visa application like 4 years ago.  We just recently updated all her details and changed it to CR1.

Nope not recent, been around for at least a decade that I know of..   That is where you setup your profile/dashboard and schedule the interview
