I can see on the guide that there are several steps left. I'm hoping it will be done by Christmas, but I don't know how holidays might affect everything.

Can someone confirm if denied expedite requests slow you down or put you further behind in the queue’s? Aug 10 NOA1 was approved and two expedite attempts both denied with most recent expedite denied on June 2nd, 2022. At this point, we are very close to approval as long as we weren’t put back further in queue???

Flat out denials do not.

 

Now, when you get an RFE, and have to send in additional documentation, and it is reviewed, and then you're denied, then yes, those do.

Sorry to be a party pooper but as it has been stated before, there are overlapping number with July and August. Also most of the Saturday numbers are updated on Monday.

Just to be clear the only overlap is 118500 and surely, 250 cases with overlap are not worse than the usual 150 cases processed on a Monday, right? 😉
