Does this mean people in August are left behind for now for the most part? Seems like they are heavily working on September and october.

Anyone know how fast to expect a response to an RFE? Does it depend on the RFE? It says they received it on November 29th (18 days ago) and I was hoping to hear an update by January..

It does seem that the majority of "new case work" has shifted towards late-sept/early-oct.

 

Anyone with a unopened status should send an outside normal processing time as soon as it is permitted.

Sorry, but I don't have that information or it built into my scripts at all.  Perhaps your Aug scanner can look through the databases they use to get a sense of time (or a timeline search here on VJ)

For me, they had lost my passport style picture. It took them a little over week to approve my case after receiving it. I also sent them extra material along with what had been requested.
